The Cons:Not Full HD compliant - only 720p capable, same 1366 x 768px resolution as 11.6" laptops. The stock graphics by Intel don't provide a good multimedia experience. Comes loaded with trialware.
The Dell Inspiron 15R was released in 2011 as an upgrade from the Inspiron 15R (2010). It changes by adding support for Sandy Bridge Processors, which are 2nd generation Intel Core CPUs with more processing and performance power.

The Inspiron 15R also adds USB 3.0 interfaces for accessing USB 3.0 flash drives that are faster than their USB 2.0 predecessors, Bluetooth 3.0 for better Bluetooth connectivity with peripherals, and a high definition web camera that can more accurately capture video. The display is still 15” and with the same 720p resolution capability. However, users now have the option of adding along a third-party AMD or Nvidia graphics card so they can play 3D games with their laptop. The biggest change is that the lid has become removable. Users can remove it and replace it with one of 25 other separately purchased lids of various colors and designs.
