In addition, the Dell V505 supports 2-sided (Duplex) printing, standalone capabilities for copying and faxing without a computer, and the ability to print photos directly from a camera, Pictbridge-enabled device, or the unit’s built-in media card slot. Most notable about the V505 is its inclusion of Dell’s built-in Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software for transforming scanned documents into editable text.
