The DeLonghi Lattissima Pump EN680.M is an expensive mid-grade Espresso machine. This model is nearly identical specification wise to the Delonghi Lattissima Pump EN660.R model except for the fact that the latter has a plastic body design. The body of the EN680.M device is made of a durable die-cast zamac metal and includes a stainless steel drip tray; at the same time it only weighs an approximated total of 13 pounds. The EN680.M includes a 40 ounce (5 cup) removable water tank as well as a fully detachable drip tray; which allows much easier cleaning methods. The Lattissima Pump EN680.M takes advantage of the patented coffee capsule system which enables the device to allow the correct flow of water through the ground coffee; both for convenience and better tasting beverages. The EN680.M device also includes De'Longhi's patented cappucino froth technology which instantly dispenses the correct amount of froth for a cappucino or latte macchiato.
