The Denon AH-D301K is a low priced closed-back headphone. Not suffering from the same build issues as its more expensive brothers, the AH-D301K is a consumer grade headphone to replace the likes of stock earbuds and improve upon their sound. Not suffering from the same build issues as its more expensive brothers, the AH-D501K is a consumer level supra-aural headphone.. While closed, their larger body make the AH-D501K a poor choice for travel or listening on the go. Rather, it is much better suited for use in a quieter environment for things such as gaming, watching tv or listening to music.
