NBA 2K11 is a professional basketball video game from 2K Sports and Take Two interactive that functions as the 2011 instalment of the annual National Basketball League official game. Slated for an early October 2010 release on all major consoles, this will be the first basketball game of the 21st century to feature all-star Michael Jordan as a playable character. Though specific details are currently unclear, it has been confirmed that game will feature an updated character customization mode, additional revamped NBA arenas, and the online-exclusive "Draft Combine" feature first introduced in NBA 2K10. In addition to Michael Jordan being included as a playable character, 2K Sports has announced that the game will feature "Jordan's Challenges" mode, an interactive reprise of Jordan's top-ten moments on the court. Sony has also announced that the Playstation 3 version of the game will be compatible with the new Playstation MOVE motion-sensing controller.

NBA 2K10 is the 10th anniversary version of the long running basketball video game series developed by 2K Sports. It uses "NBA Today" to update your game with real world matchups, news and stats so your game experience is fresh and up to date with living rosters to keep trades, injuries and lineup moves current. You can create you own NBA player in "My Career Mode", where you start as an undrafted rookie in the summer circuit and work your way to make an NBA team and hopefully an NBA star. There are new intuitive offensive controls with easy-to-use driving and post game controls and the shut-down D gives innovative defensive controls allowing you to shadow your opponents every move. Other features include online play that is incorporated into every game mode and signature play which gives teams and players realistic styles to match their real-life counterparts. Don King Boxing is a sports game developed for both the Nintendo Wii and Nintendo DS gaming systems. On the Wii, gameplay uses both hands to throw jabs, hooks, uppercuts and KO punches. If a Wii Balance Board is used, ducking and dodging is controlled through there. On the Nintendo DS, punching is controlled through the touchpad with the stylus. Real life venues like Madison Square Garden, Boardwalk Hall, and Trump Taj Mahal are featured in the game, and many real licensed boxers are represented as opponents for players to fight. Mini-games encourage the player to exercise to gain points for use in gameplay, and progress is tracked and charted in-game. A career mode lets players work their way through the ranks, starting in the local gym and working up to an international star. Two player modes are also supported.

Major League Baseball 2K10 is a baseball video game available on the PS2, PS3, PSP, Xbox360, Nintendo Wii, and Nintendo DS. It features in-depth use of player stats and analysis to create a gameplay experience true to the real performance of the athletes portrayed, and uses the 2K Sports Inside Edge data service to keep all statistics up to date. The Batter's Eye functionality also uses the eye rating of each player to realistically provide information about the type of pitch before it gets to the plate. A franchise mode is available allowing the player to train a team up in the spring and take it online for league play whenever they want. Players can also create a new athlete and work their way up to the hall of fame.

NHL 2K10

NHL 2K10 is the 2010 version of the long running hockey video game series developed by 2K Sports. The Xbox 360 and PS3 version of the game have improved controls to give better stick handling with new defensive moves like stick lifts and offensive moves like stumble shots to always get a shot on net. There is improved graphics with more realistic players and arenas, and the improved A.I. makes gameplay more authentic and brings out a more involving multi-player play. The Wii version of NHL 2K10 uses Wii Motion Plus to give more realistic and responsive game controls with one-to-one puck control and features such as stumble shots and stick lifts. There is also a Mii Superskills competition circuit, which is a seris of mini-games including hardest shot, breakaway and goalie challenges. NHL 2K10 is also available for the PlayStation 2. The Xbox 360, PS3, PS2 and Wii versions all feature online play letting you join leagues and tournaments or play against a friend.

Baseball Blast

Baseball Blast is a casual game for the Nintendo Wii entertainment system. It is a collection of just over 20 baseball themed mini-games, with commentary on the gameplay from "Mr Baseball" Bob Uecker. In single-player mode players work to complete a number of mini games in order to unlock even more games and in a series of trophies. In multi-player mode players can take turns at bat, and a variety of game lengths can be selected corresponding with game difficulty. A trivia mode tests players baseball knowledge, and a unique strategy card game mixes interactive batting sequences in a multiplayer mode. Other games include Cannonballs!, where baseballs are aimed at opponent pirate ships, and Dodge Ball where players have to duck randomly thrown baseballs.

The BIGS 2

The BIGS 2 is a sequal to the arcade style baseball video game The BIGS put out by developer 2K Sports. This follow up keeps the over-the-top game play from the first version, and makes everything bigger. New to this version is a Season Mode which features full MLB schedules, stat tracking and roster management. There is also improved gameplay with a focus on bigger and better, and features Legendary MOves, Batter's Wheelhouse and a powerful Big Slam. There are several mini-games to test your hitting, fielding, running and throwing with a three new environments added to the Home Run Pinball mode, which features single player or co-op action. There is also a new and improved story mode, "Become a Legend Mode", picking up from the "Rookie Challenge" seen in The BIGS which lets you create a player and progress to the majors and hall of fame. The BIGS 2 is available on Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, PSP, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3 and Nintendo DS. (Note: Features and gameplay may vary depending on platform).
