Digital Storm Black|OPS Hailstorm

$2,451.00 Released May, 2010

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Multiple promotional add-ons / discounts sweeten the deal. Way easier than building your own gaming rig. Highly customizable directly from the manufacturer - pick everything from the chassis down to noise suppression enhancements.

The Cons:All configurations are really close in price. Very expensive. Crappy selection of peripherals.

The Digital Storm Black|OPS Hailstorm is a custom gaming desktop equipped with Intel’s hexa-core Core i7-980X, 3.33GHz processor. More importantly, the Hailstorm hosts a dual-radiator and large ID hose water-cooling system engineered to allow overclocking up to 4.4GHz and higher.

Included also is an EVGA X58 Classified motherboard; 6GB of DDR3 RAM; an LG Blu-ray disc combo drive; a Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium soundcard; and either an Nvidia GeForce or ATI Radeon graphics card. Critics mainly hail the Hailstorm’s ultra-quiet performance, especially considering all the components that it manages to pack.
