The Digital Stream D2A1D10 is an ATSC to NTSC digital television converter. DTV converters allow analog TVs to watch digital TV channels. The D2A1D10 is not CESB certified and therefore cannot is not eligible for use with the $40 government coupon in the United States. It does, however, have all of the CESB standard features such as an electronic programming guide, parental control, and RF/composite outputs. It can output via the RF connection over coaxial cable to either channel three or four. The D2A1D10 is no longer officially available for purchase, as it has been succeeded by the Digital Stream DTX9900.
