IKEA FUSION Table & Chairs

The IKEA Fusion table and 4 chairs take up less than 1m²of floor space. The ingenious design by Sandra Kragnert allow the chairs--which are shaped to the contours of the table--to save space when pushed in under the table. Like most Ikea products, the table and chairs require assembly and can be picked up from the store in two tightly-packed boxes.

The Maru Dining Table is one of the most popular items at Greentea Design. It has a unique rustic look that comes from their being made of 3 inch thick slabs of Asian Pine that originally served as flooring in Korean homes for over a century. The legs are then made from the actual supports used for the flooring. Asian Pine is known for being denser then other Pines and the fact that it has been aged means that it is no longer as susceptible to the ravages of shifting temperature and humidity that can crack fresher wood.

The legs can be cut shorter from a maximum of 30" - very short legs are available for this to serve as a coffee table. With the variations in size it can serve also as a desk among other uses.

In the 1960s, Warren Platner transformed steel wire into a sculptural furniture collection, creating what is now considered a design icon of the modern era.

Fixed or extension table with top in beechveneer and in maple, oak, cherry or american walnut (in veneer or solid wood). For the solid wooden extension table the extension leaf is only available in carbona or in lacquer.

As fixed table also available with a top made of frosted glas, corian or desktop. Frame in aluminium lacquer, metallic or epoxy. The extension table is extended asymmetrically by the extra leaf which is hidden underneath the table.

Graphic is also possible as couch-table (only fixed). In addition to the standard sizes, the fixed tables are available in every desired size between 80 and 280 cm length and 45 and 105 cm width. The hight can be adjusted to a maximum of 79 cm.

Cherner table tops utilize the highest quality woods and veneers. Solid steel, not tubular steel, are used for the our table bases. Dining table tops are constructed of either walnut or beech veneer with solid wood edge-banding. Cafe tables are constructed of solid wood tops.

Finishes
Dining tables come in either beech or walnut veneer with solid wood edge-banding. Cafe tables use solid walnut or beech tops. Walnut and Natural beech finishes match Cherner seating products. Custom finishing is available for beech tops.

Table bases can be ordered in either stainless steel or black powder coated finishes. Dining tables are 3/4 solid steel rod. Cafe tables use 1/2 solid steel rod.
