However, if you want to add an item to an order (or cancel one), there is no way to do that on the website. Instead, you must contact customer support through a form on their website and request a change.
However, in my experience I have not been able to add items/cancel orders because my "order was already fully processed," even though my items had not actually shipped out yet.

Overall I would recommend Direct Canada, but do not expect top-notch customer service like I've found with Amazon and Canada Computers.
