OK, test yourself once and you never have to test again, so why do you need to own one. Buuuuutttt, I guess if you have a family it'll get more than one use.

Actually it only has 1 use, but that's why you keep the card on you. And of course you only test once, if you already know your blood type you don't need to know it again (you also wouldn't need to buy the kit).

Why would you want to carry your dried blood with you? I think I still prefer going to the doctor to get my blood tested.

I guess you would carry the card with you so that if there's an accident someone will know what blood type you have. As for the actual dried blood, well, I guess it's interesting? To show people? And freak them out?
