We've purchased the Mongoose CX24V200 but we're having a terrible time with charging. Nowhere in the manual are step-by-step instructions on how to charge this bike. We know to plug the charger in, plug the charger into the bike, but does the power switch need to be on? Does the plug that connects to the motor need to be plugged in? We've purchased new SLA batteries, thinking that the other ones wouldn't hold a charge anymore but we're having the same result of not being able to charge the batteries.
