Dr Pepper is a carbonated soft drink that is manufactured by the Dr Pepper/Seven Up Company. The drink was first introduced in the US in 1885, one year earlier than the release of Coca-Cola. It is marketed as having a very unique taste that was originally a combination of 23 different flavours. Besides the original version, Dr Pepper is also available in other varieties, the most popular being Diet Dr Pepper. Other variations include Dr Pepper Cherry, Caffeine Free Dr Pepper, and Cherry Vanilla Dr Pepper.
