The EVGA H55V motherboard is a scaled-down version of the H55. While most of the specs are the same, the integrated overclocking has been removed as well as the UltraDMA133 port. Apart from these changes, the H55V remains an effective all-in-one solution for those looking for a motherboard that can handle many tasks out of the box without needing to add expansion cards.

The CPU you use will have to have integrated video processing for the video outputs of the motherboard to work. If you use the correct chip, however, you'll be able to use DVI-I, VGA and DisplayPort. There is room for 16GB of DDR3 memory, and 8 SATA connections for hard drives. The high definition audio is integrated as well, and there are 12 USB 2.0 ports.
