The nForce 750i SLI FTW is a budget gaming board and an alternative to more advanced 780i and 790i SLI offerings. Featuring Including support for 1333MHz FSB Intel CPUs and DDR2 ram up to 800MHz, the 750i SLI FTW utilizes a fan-based chipset cooler (NF200) that provides advanced cooling for the hot on-board componentry. In addition, the 750i supports 2-way SLI and is acclaimed as being an effective overclocker when suited with a properly cooled Core 2 Quad or Core 2 Duo processor. Part of the FTW series, its greatest benefit is regarded as being the inclusion of dual 16x PCI-E slots capable of being used for in a multi-GPU mode. Although other models of nForce motherboards, includes 16x slots, they do not support high-end performance in dual-GPU mode. The nForce 750i SLI FTW supports up to 8GB of DDR2 RAM.

Pros
- support for high performance SLI
- placement of internal connections leaves lots of room for airflow to keep most important components cool
- well engineered and high quality construction - all capacitors are solid state, chipset cooler tilts towards CPU heatsink, designed for good airflow
- unofficially supports 1066MHz RAM
- 6-phase power supply provides ample power for overclocking high end Intel CPUs
Cons
- active motherboard cooling with a small fan (tonal and 6000RPM, noisy indeed!)
- 800MHz DDR2 is the fastest this board supports
- difficult to do work on it due to its oddly placed, sideways mounted configuration
- 750i SLI northbridge is not all that different from the last generation 650i
- runs hot (a given considering it is enthusiast hardware)
- features a limited older southbridge
