I bought this as soon as I read about it. It's very easy to set up, and you can add multiple wireless networks to it, as long as they aren't pay or click to enter networks. It must be a direct (although it can be secured) connection to the Internet.

It took me about 3 minutes to read the manual (it's like 6 pages) and another 5 minutes to install the software (on my Mac), set up the wireless network, create an account on the eye-fi web site, and take and upload my first image. It's truly EASY.

It asks that you change the auto-power off time on your camera to 5 minutes (or longer) so the card has time to send the image to the server/computer.

It will (simultaneously?) send images, as soon as you take them, to both your computer and to a participating web photo service. I tried both Flickr and SmugMug. Both worked perfectly.

You have to re-configure the card if you move between computers, as it can only send the images to the computer it's set up for, however if that computer is not available, the images still make it to the web site.

If for some reason there is no wifi connection to the Internet, the images you take are still stored on the 2gb card, so there is no issue if for some reason the Internet is not available where you are shooting.

My next task is to try to link the camera/card to my computer and add in a new estarling photoframe, which (they say) can subscribe to rss feeds or web sites such as flickr and smugmug. I'll know more when my frame gets here, it's supposed to ship in 2 more days.

Overall, the eye-fi card does what it promises, and I like it.
