It is less than 2 years old and I have meticulously kept it covered when it is not in use. The cover was made for it and we have never left it uncovered. When we took the cover off last week, all the racks, burners and sides of the cooking area have rusted. The sides are so bad, that the rust is flaking off and showing the interior being rusted also. I have never been so dissatisfied with a product EVER.
