Pros
- free and open source
- available for Windows, Linux and OSX
- packed with features and very stable
- actively being developed
- easy to update
- handles multiple connection settings nicely
- multiple instances can be run
- secure FTP over SSH and TLS/SSL supported
Cons
- constant releases can get annoying (although the updater can be turned off)
