The Fire Magic Echelon 1060 is a premium grill that won the Vesta award for being the best new gas grill available on the market. It has a variety of features that won it that award, among them its integrated smoker, a feather-lite hood, halogen lights, advanced backburner, digital thermometer and cook zone dividers. Its burn system is comprised of four cast stainless steel E Burners that are powered by up to 30,000 btus each and is designed to cook the food evenly no matter where it is on the grill. It uses hot ignition so it should always light up, even when it is raining. The grill thermometer uses four sensors placed inside the grill so that the chef can tell the temperature of each cooking zone. The Fire Magic Echelon 1060 also includes a stainless steel meat probe, a rotisserie rod storage and a power hood so you can open and shut the grill with ease.
