Fire Magic Echelon 660s

The Fire Magic Echelon 660 is a part of the Echelon series that won the Vesta award for best new gas grill on the market in 2005. Its burn system is comprised of three cast stainless steel E Burners that are powered by up to 30,000 btus each and is designed to cook the food evenly no matter where it is on the grill. It uses hot ignition so it should always light up, even when it is raining. The grill thermometer uses four sensors placed inside the grill so that the chef can tell the temperature of each cooking zone. The Fire Magic Echelon 660 also includes a stainless steel meat probe, halogen lights, a digital thermometer, cook zone dividers, a rotisserie rod storage and a feather-lite hood so you can open and shut the grill with ease.
