The P45A-S is an ATX-form motherboard from Foxconn, based on the Intel P45 chipset architecture. It is very similar to the Foxconn P45A. The P45A-S uses solid capacitors, which achieve a much longer lifespan when compared to standard electrolytic capacitors.
