The Pros:Very easy to use, can just pick it up and start using it without instruction. Excellent in low light, pictures don't look grainy. Zoom has a great performance, edges don't distort.
The Cons:Flash only works when you're fairly close to the subject.
The FujiFilm FinePix JZ500 is one of four compact digital cameras (JV100, JX250, JZ300, JZ500) released in early 2010. The JX250 is the younger sibling to the JZ500. It builds from the JX250 by incorporating an improved 10x Wide-Angle Optical Zoom Lens, an enhanced 12.1MP CCD sensor, and more internal memory.

Like its predecessor, the JZ500 also features a 2.7” LCD display and offers support for 720p video recording. Included also is a an NTSC/PAL video output for transmitting content to an analog television set, although an optional FujiFilm HD Player (HDP-L1) can be purchased and then used to watch recorded content on an HDTV set.
Additional Information
Additional features include Tracking Auto Focus for automatically tracking a moving subject; automatic Smile & Blink Detection, which only takes a photo when the subject smiles; and Digital Image Stabilization for reduced image blurring.
