The Pros:Light and compact. User swappable battery. Fingerprint reader and smartcard slot.
The Cons:Largely constructed of plastic to keep the weight and cost down. Not as sleek as consumer tablets. Windows 7 operating system isn't designed for touch input, or use on a lightweight tablet device - sluggish input, poorer battery life next to ARM devices / software.
