Most amazing couch you'll ever see

UPDATE: This isn't just a concept project, the product is actually available for sale - molo softseating!

You've already seen the most amazing table you'll ever see, now here's the couch that will compliment it.

The couch looks to be made from a super accordion-like material with thousands of ridges that give the couch the structure and stability needed to ensure it's more than just decoration. First the table, and now the couch. Is this new trend heralding a completely new paradigm of collapsible furniture?

I won't be satisfied until I have a 46" Plasma with corresponding home theatre setup and Lay-Z-Boy recliner in my backpocket at all times.

Not bad, not bad. I wonder how comfortable. It looks very cool, you can't deny, and how great of an icebreaker would this be? "Have a seat" (said in a pompous somewhat British voice)

It doesn't seem like the type of couch you can just throw your body onto after a long day. I wonder how well it keeps its shape when people shift their weight on it. Note: offending comment removed - Omar

I do not see how making fun of what Asian people do in front of the camera is justified. Making stereotypical comments about a race of people is not to be respected nor encouraged. I thought we live in an age of respect and that society has moved beyond its racial stances. Apparently I am wrong. It still exists. I would have thought better of the moderators on this website to allow such a comment to be posted. This is very disappointing.

If only we could remove members of government just as easily, you know, the ones that actually propagate that nonsense in the first place.

I think it's a one-of-a-kind. An art-school project.
