I had the model before this which had a laggy interface, buggy features and bad battery life. Eventually it got permanently locked up and would not even allow to be reset or charged. So I was forced to trash it, since it was going to cost 30 bucks to fix a 55 dollar player, not worth it. Figuring they would work out the bugs of the last model which was an utter failure I now have this model it looks to be heading the same way. It has horrible USB support, I can plug it in over night and wake up to a battery that is only 1/4 of the way charged, as well as it losing connection and regaining connection over and over while it is plugged in at times. I've had 3 crashes and other glitches while I've had this player... And I've only had it for 3 days!
