Gaggia Baby Twin

The Gaggia Baby Twin model is an expensive mid-grade, manual (do it yourself) Espresso machine. The machine is more specifically designed for personal consumer use, meaning more home-based appliance but that is not to say however that the device can't be used commercially for a small business. The body design is encased in a durable stainless steel and is fully covered in a professional brushed steel finish. The Baby Twin espresso device can brew Cappucinos, lattes, and tea; and also includes support for an optional milk island accessory. A special integrated preset button system allows users to change shot (beverage) size and strength settings through the pre-programmed set of front panel buttons that are all part of an electronic control panel which alerts users via touch ring sounds. A special built-in steel Pannarello steam wand provides superior milk frothing for certain required beverages (thick cappucinos and lattes) and also provides hot water for cocoa, tea or soup. The Baby Twin model specifically features a pre-infusion mode which allows the device to slightly dampen the coffee before it is later brewed. The Gaggia Baby Twin model includes additional features such as a high powered 15 bar pump pressure, a dual heating system for both the steam and beverage brewing boilers, a high wattage boiler, a single, double shot and E.S.E. capable filter basket, a fully detachable 64 ounce water tank which allows easier cleaning and fillup methods, a chrome brass filter, a coffee tamper, a heated cup warmer, and support to brew and prepare two beverages at once. The Gaggia Baby Twin espresso machine also comes bundled with a coffee scoop as an additional accessory.
