- Possible to update data to a website for tracking progress
- Display is large and easy to read
- Works with macs and PC
- available with heartrate moniter
Cons
- battery lasts about 8-10 hours
- watch needs a special cradle to recharge (included)
- website requires a paid subscription for full feature access
