The Nuvi 1450T is a portable global positioning system receiver from Garmin that offers a step-down from the company's Nuvi 1450LMT model and a step-up from the standard Nuvi 1450 model. Featuring a 5-inch backlit TFT color display, this model provides "City Navigator" voice-prompted turn-by-turn directions to virtually any location with North America including Mexico.

An built-in FM transmitter is included for live traffic updates, with automatic detouring for areas affected by accidents, construction or other road blocks. Virtual first-person lane changing is simulated with "Lane Assist", providing illustrated instruction for precise maneuvers to ensure that the right route is followed. For on-foot exploration of larger towns and cities, "CityXplorer" mode can provide users with comprehensive public transit information including bus, train and tram schedules and maps. "EcoRoute" can prioritize potential route paths based on fuel efficiency for a more economical navigation experience, complete with a fuel usage tracker as well as on-the-go detouring options. Users can also log onto the "Garmin Connect" photo website to download encoded image files for photo-based navigation, with the "Garmin Garage" page providing free downloadable car marker icons and narration voices.
