Gateway DX4831-03
$850.00
Released January, 2010
The Pros:Powerful 3.5GHz CPU is ideal for power hungry, generally single threaded applications such as games. CPU remains fairly cool running at only 73W TDP. Comes with Windows 7.
The Cons:Dual core only. Takes all the fun out of building your own. Poor graphics card - worth only about $60, it is too poor for intense gaming, meaning most of the computers power is wasted.
