These "green" diapers are the invention of a husband and wife team from Australia. They have an outer shell of nylon with 2 snaps for easy on/off. The inner liner snaps into place also and is made out of an absorbent flushable insert. It comes with a stir stick to break the liner up before flushing. Some people have used it in conjunction with cloth diapers. $10 outer/$13.00 pack of 40 liners.
