The GE 25983EE2 is an expandable, corded/cordless phone system featuring a corded base(+phone) and a secondary base with a cordless handset. Both the corded and cordless units feature Caller ID and Call-Waiting. As for the central base, it hosts a Digital Answering Machine that counts and then displays the # of messages lodged in storage. Unique about this system is that it is friendly for hearing-impaired users, in that it features an enhanced visual ringer, as well as zero-interference with hearing-aid units. Note also that both bases are desk- and wall-mountable.
