The GE 28115FE1 is an ultra-slim cordless phone with the aesthetic makeup of a mobile phone. It is in fact part of a system expandable by up to six 28106FE1 accessory handsets. The base utilizes DECT 6.0 technology to deliver seamless transmissions to the handset, which features both Caller ID and Call-Waiting. The handset also boasts numerous convenience-related functions: one-touch redial, a volume control, and a mute button. Note also that the system is hearing-aid compatible and even includes an enhanced visual ringer, making it especially useful for users suffering from hearing impairment.
