The GE 28118FE1 is an ultra-slim cordless phone built as a successor to the 28106FE1. Unlike its predecessor, it features a Digital Answering Machine, Caller ID, and Call-Waiting. It does, however, still maintain the aesthetic makeup of a mobile phone, as well as expandability by up to 6 28106FE1 accessory handsets. At its core is DECT 6.0 technology, a giant leap from conventional 5.8GHz systems—it transmits with superior quality, range, and security. Additional features of the GE 28118FE1 include hearing-aid compatibility, numerous convenience-related features, and an extra-large LCD screen.
