The GE CVM2072SMSS is an over-the-range microwave oven with up to 2 cubic ft. of capacity. It utilizes a dual-distribution cooking system that circulates microwaves – as in the actual electromagnetic waves – from both the side AND top, thereby delivering more even heat distribution. This results in food that is heated all-over, versus one side being over- or under-cooked. The system also includes an EasyGuide menu system touted as not only easy to operate, but as also having up to 92 cooking options. Other notable aspects of the GE CVM2072SMSS include a Quick Defrost for evenly defrosting a pound of meat, poultry, or fish; a stainless steel finish designed to integrate with an upscale kitchen; and two wire oven racks.
