GE WJSR4160G

The GE WJSR4160G is a 3.2 cubic feet, super capacity, top loading washer. It uses the HydroWave wash system which matches the speed of the wash to the clothing type, so that delicates get delicate treatment without getting less of a wash. It has four wash and spin speed combinations as well as 16 wash cycles. Four wash and rinse temperatures help the consumer specialize exactly what they want from their machine, while the four water level options help save energy by controlling the amount of water used. The GE WJSR4160G has a GentlePower agitator and a rotary-electronic control. It has a variety of other built in features, such as ArmorGuard protection, AutoBalance suspension system, color lid instructions, is front serviceable and has a galvanized steel cabinet. The manufacturer claims that it was designed to be quiet, but that can only be found out for certain after it has been purchased.

"OK bought one in August of 2008 brought it home and had to return it for another same day. It would not work. Now this will make the second repair in a month first repair for a bad moter no the washer while spinning the tub is loose and banging around as if a spring broke. Fortunatly bought an extended warranty from Lowes they get to eat it for the next 3 years."
