Genius EasyPen M610
$100.00
Released December, 2009
The Pros:1024-level pressure sensitivity makes it useful for more delicate tasks like image editing. Two dozen customizable keys around the edges of the tablet. Well-priced compared to similar competing 6x10 tablets.
The Cons:Feels plasticky and seems cheaply made. Lacks some functionality with Macs (can't send handwritten notes to the mail program like in Windows). Only comes with trial versions of photo-editing suites, unlike some competitors.
The Genius EasyPen M610 is a large 6” x 10” tablet released to trump both the i405 and m406 models. It’s the most expensive, which is why it offers a much-improved 4000 LPI resolution with movement at 200 points per second.

It does however maintain both unit’s 1024-level pressure sensitivity and the m406’s 100% battery-free design. Another added function is the ability to switch to a 4:3 aspect ratio to fit one’s monitor. Additional features include express keys for scrolling, volume, zooming, brushing, page up/down, eraser, undo; several programmable function buttons; and the ability to edit photos, write digital notes, and play non-action games.
