Does the new 5 bladed Fusion really make a difference? Do you have to be extra careful? What about the 6th "precision" blade?

Oooh...the enticement of the latest Gillette! I don't know about anyone else, but I cannot resist these things. I mean, I'm pretty sure I'm going to be using a 20 bladed razor in the future.

Personally I'd rather just go with a manual razor blade.  No need for shaving cream either.  Just splash some water on and go to town.  That's the real man's way.

Are you serious? You want to straight razor your way through life? Do you use one now?

I wont be satisfied until there is a spherical razor (essentially a ball 'O' razors) that rolls across my face with a blade edge in every possible direction....this would be my dream.  This 2-year-old story from the ONION has actully come to fruition:

The new FUSION is quite wicked. Although i'm not the hairiest of men, the FUSION easily takes care of my shaving needs. I had a MACH3 but the FUSION has 5 blades. You can't be satisfied with 3 if you can get 5. Plus the precision blade is actually quite useful if only i had a mean set of chops to maintain.

Though I prefer the straight razor, a 5-bladed-aloe-stripped-with-another-lather-strip-battery-powered-with-another-precision-blade razor could be pretty good.

I feel the new multi blade rasors are the pinnacle culmination of Human Evolution on the planet today. I realy do value my face and body shave to that point ! Claude Edwin Theriault
