The Graco Toddler SafeSeat (previously known as the Cozy Cline) is a front-facing carseat that is designed for children 20 - 40 lbs and up to 43" tall. The carseat has been crash tested to meet or exceed US safety standards and includes EPS foam to protect the child in case of an impact. It features a 5-point harness with a convenient front adjuster and is unique since it can be reclined while in use, allowing the child to sleep comfortably. The Toddler SafeSeat includes a machine washable seat cushion, side wings, and a removable head support and body pillow to provide additional comfort. The carseat has a clear access path for the vehicle's seatbelt and a belt lock-off design making it easy to install correctly. It also includes a cup/snack holder and is available in a variety of patterns.
