May 29, 2008 at 2:01 am

"As of May 2008, I tried to install linux (Centos 5.1 x86). It comes up in 600x800 mode. The LAN was not supported on Centos. The video is not supported as far as I can tell. I found a LAN driver from Realtek but I have not gotten it to compile without a LAN connection to get GCC.

Except for video and network it works great. Probably better to put windoze on it.

I would like to try the HDMI on my TV, no glasses. I could display stock tickers and RT-charts."
