The screen cover must be removed when using the iPad. The Hard Shell features an interior with rubber bumpers spanning the corners of the case. These bumpers are designed to hold the iPad securely in place, while also absorbing energy if dropped accidentally. All of the standard access points are still available when using this case, as silicone lightly covers buttons and the essential connections. The Hard Candy iPad Hard Shell is available in Clear, Black, White, Pink, Blue or Red and has an MSRP of $49.95.
