The Cons:Only 2 HDMI inputs and a single HDMI output. Power output only 30 watts per channel, which may not be enough for some speaker systems. HDMI audio is not decoded, only passed on to the HDMI port.

The Harman/Kardon AVR 146 is a 5.1-Channel A/V Receiver with HDMI Switching. It has a Stereo mode power of 40W per channel, and Multichannel power of 30W x 5 Channels. It features Dolby Digital, Pro Logic II, and Dolby Virtual Speakers.
