I have the dv8000t, and it's been a good machine although I have returned it twice due to video failure. Got that fixed now, been great for about 12 months. Primary gripe is the keyboard. Worst of any machine I've owned. Misses keystrokes with too great of frequency. Display is strong point, and the Intel duo core is amazing. Overall a good machine for the money, but beware of this stinkin' keyboard.
