Hifonics Mercury MX6C

The Hifonics Mercury MX6C is a 6.5” 2-way component speaker constructed from an injected molded polypropylene woofer cone. The second speaker in the Hifonics Mercury speaker, the MC6C is essentially a duplicate of the MX6, except it is component instead of coaxial. The MX6C includes the MC6’s peak power handling (600w), nominal power handling (120w), frequency response (40Hz-32000Hz), and sensitivity (90dB). In addition, the MXC6 features moisture-resistant rubber surrounds, a fiberglass reinforced anti-resonant injection molded speaker frame, lower profile composite baskets, and a ¾” pure titanium dome tweeter. The Hifonics Mercury MX6C is priced at $79.99, exactly $10 over its predecessor, the $69.99 MC6.
