Based on the 1962 violin bass made famous by Paul McCartney throughout his entire career, the '62 vintage bass remake excites true Hofner fans by replicating all the details of the original.  The "strip" machine heads, authentic two piece neck, right down the slot-head screws used on the hardware show the incredible amount of detail put into this vintage remake making this bass is nearly exactly the same as the bass Paul still uses on stage.  The authentic '62 neck give this bass the sustain and playability that have made the original such a staple in the Paul McCartney sound.  Available in right, and left handed (like Paul) models.
