I purchased this phone in November 2004 and I have had nothing but problems with it.
A year after I purchased this phone, the phone refused to turn off. I would press the "End" button and the phone would turn off and go on again. This was extremely annoying since it meant that I could not preserve my battery and because my phone would ring when it wasn't supposed to.
I also downloaded a wallpaper to this phone. Every since I downloaded this wallpaper, half of my screen is black when I turn on my phone. The only way I can get my wallpaper to display correctly is to set it from the display menu each time, which is really annoying.
I have never been able to check my e-mail on my phone. I always get the "404: Gateway Timeout" message.
Furthermore, the volume of the earpiece is quite low at times and I am not hearing impaired in any way. The ringtones that I set my phone to are rarely correct.
Try a different phone. This phone is not very good.
