I've been using this Mouse for almost a year now, and I'm completely happy with it. The "back" thumb button is great, and the ergonomic design makes it easy to use for long periods of time. The only downside is that it is a corded mouse. Also, it has probably been superceded by the MX518 and G5 by now.
