Guess What? (The Answer)

Answer: That's what I love about the ProductWiki community - you're all so smart!! Pretty much everyone guessed it right. It's a wardrobe from Horm. It was designed by Karim Rashid and is called "Blend", which is kind of funny since it really does not blend in with anything. Congrats to dcarroll6458 who was the first to guess correctly.

With all the craziness of the holidays, and all the emphasis on gift-giving, I thought I'd change things up a bit and try and get you guys to exercise your brains in a way that doesn't involve red or green or snowmen. So here it is - but what is it? Happy guessing!

It looks like something to diffuse sound. Like in a recording studio or something.

It looks like it would give you headache if you look at it too long :)

I WAS going to say a crazy cool speaker, but Erik already went with the sound angle. And I'm already getting a headache if I look at it too long. I say a really cool cheese grater or garlic press.

Im guessing some sort of air purifier. Or a cabinet, like dcarroll6458 said.

I think it is a WARDROBE (a type of cabinet used to store clothing, sometimes referred to as an OAKLEY (British) or an ARMOIRE (French)).  Perhaps Amanie had THE LION, THE WITCH, AND THE WARDROBE on her mind at the time (a fantasy novel for children by C. S. Lewis. Written in 1950, it is the first book of The Chronicles of Narnia). Because I have the song CHRONICLES OF NARNIA in my head constantly...check it:

not just today my fine-feathered, fair-weathered friend....EVERYDAY. One day I will work my way up to reading a Thesaurus, and possibly the Phone Book after that.

I'm working backwards. Starting with the phone book and ending with the dictionary. And I really am gonna have to go with the consensus here and change my guess to some kind of storage thing. I think you can even see the handles in the middle.
