Some of the top blogs on the web are holding their first annual industry awards they're dubbing: The Crunchies. TechCrunch, GigaOm, ReadWriteWeb and VentureBeat who are some of the biggest blogs on the net, have come together to create an award that highlights and rewards some of the most promising and exciting companies dealing with the web and tech.
ProductWiki made it as a finalist for one of the categories: Best bootstrapped startup of 2007.
Bootstrapped means the site hasn't taken any external funding. The three founders (Me - Omar, Amanie and Erik) pay for the server, and developed the technology behind the site. Our awesome community researches and writes the unbiased reports that people use and love. Being a finalist is a big deal and it's a testament to how far the site is come, everybody that's helped out should be extremely proud of themselves, and know that things are going to get even better!
Now getting nominated is cool, but how cool would it be to actually win? We can all vote and give ProductWiki the best shot possible!
