Okay, I think if you scroll down the PDF file and look under the "Convert Menu" options, then you can enter in the recipe or pre-packaged food's cooking directions and then the Infrawave Oven cooking time will appear after you enter in those instructions. As you can see, you can enter in desired temperature and time.
As for cooking different foods, it really depends. If you want to cook meats together, it probably will work. But if you cook vegetables and chicken at the same time, since it takes longer to cook the meat, then you will probably get overcooked vegetables. I would personally cook different foods together that have the same or close to same cooking time.
