What is the purpose of the gallery? While browsing in toys and games, clicked on lego men picture on top left of screen and this brought me to gallery. Then clicked on price >$2000 and it showed 6 images in the gallery. Clicked on the product tab and there is only 1 product above $2000.

That's a good question. Images are an example of content items. Content items are organized into views that make use of context specific filtering. The logic for filtering content items is different than the logic for filtering products.
In your case, the price filter did not apply to the gallery view, but it did apply in the products view.
We are still working on the best solution to determine what will show up in all our views. We are open to suggestions from the community.
We're starting a new article on the topic of how to navigate ProductWiki. Please feel free to collaborate on this topic.
In general, we want to do what is best for the community, so if you want it, we can implement it fairly quickly.

Along the left hand side of the page is the "Properties" pane. The "Release Date" section has "2005 or more", and "less than 2001" - it would make more sense for these to read "2005 and later", and "before 2001" respectively.
I'm sure you've got bigger fish to fry at this point, but I thought I'd be ridiculous with the grammar.
Along these same lines, does "2004 to 2005" mean Jan 1, 2004 -> Dec 31, 2004? If this is the case then it would be clearer to just have "2004".
My apologies if I'm being anal. This may all be a moot point if the 'Properties' are programatically generated and thus the "or more" in 'Release Date' is from the same code as the 'Price'.

Is it possible to change the title of a product. I made a typo and can't seem to edit the title?

Yes, to change a title of a product go to the Settings tab. There is a section there called Title, which you can edit.
