copyright issues?

I'm just curious here.  have you guys ever ran into copyright/legal issues.  I notice some of the warnings in terms of product descriptions saying not to copy stuff from a product's website.

Like say someone copied or linked an image from a company's official website?

Or maybe even the box of a product is copyrighted and someone takes a picture of it?

My guess is these would be covered under fair use.  But I'm no legal expert :P

Most of the product reviews are written from scratch by the writers (I know because I am one), as for the features and specifications; they can only be written so many ways. For instance; specifications and measurements really can be listed only one way; ie.) label and then measurement, and the same goes for feature listings.

I would also say Product-wiki reviews provide a slight form of advertising for each product.
